By enrolling in, purchasing, or accessing any in-person or online course, or online content (including website and social media) from Zen ‘n Birth, you agree to the following terms:
PAYMENT TERMS
Your spot in any course will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A deposit will hold your place, but if the remaining balance is not paid two weeks before the course starts, your spot will be forfeited. (Don’t worry - we’ll send you reminders!)
If your baby arrives early and your course was scheduled before your 37th week of pregnancy (full term), a full refund will be provided upon receipt of your baby’s birth certificate. This is the only situation where a refund can be offered for in-person courses.
For Private Courses, we will make every effort to reschedule sessions to suit your needs if required. Once sessions are confirmed, rescheduling may not be possible depending on availability.
We reserve the right to cancel, change, or alter the dates and venues of any course at any time. If the course changes from the advertised description and you can no longer attend, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative time or course at no additional cost.
